Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- canola oil
- 2 c. hoisin sauce
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Step 1Sauté garlic and ginger in canola oil until soft. Stir in hoisin sauce and cook for 1 minute. Transfer mixture to a blender and add lime juice and 1/2 cup canola oil; blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
